EZgrea Polyurea thickeners(DPU series) are manufactured as per our proprietary formula, specialized process and facility. This products are not categorized as regulated chemical, featured as an environment-friendly and safe product,easy to use, transport and store. The products dramatically lower the threshold and manufacturing cost of polyurea grease. We have developed products series with different formulations and structures to meet your various requirements.Customization is available upon request.
Use instructionsThe products are hygroscopic, they are suggested to be sealed while storing.The products tend to form lumps after long term storage, but they do not affect application, but the lump should be smashed before use.The products contain some small particulate, which are easy to float, keep the workplace ventilated and pay attention to operators' safety to prevent human inhale and dust-explosion duet to the dust accumulation.For more details, please refer to the SDS.
DPU-AS Recommended Usage:
Step 1. Add the base oil to the reaction kettle, and when the temperature reaches 70±5℃, add the measured thickener.
Step 2. Continue to raise the temperature to 180±2℃ and maintain for 90 to 120 minutes.
Step 3. After the thermostatic period, proceed with cooling, homogenization, and adjust as needed.(shearing the grease by three roll mill or high pressure homogenizer, high pressure homogenizer pressure is recommended at no less than 40 MPa.)
DPU-B Recommended Usage:
Step 1. Add the base oil to the reaction kettle, and when the temperature reaches 70±5℃, add the measured thickener.
Step 2. Continue to raise the temperature to 160±2℃ and maintain for 90 to 120 minutes.

Note |
Recommendation above is based on 500N base oil. Thickener structure,viscosity or type of base oil,paocess and additives orfillers all will impact thickening capability of pre-formed thickener, it is suggested that further adjustment to be made based on recommended dosage. |
